Busy Weekend - Oct 11th & 12th

So happy to be in town this weekend! I love fall and all the activities that go along with it. We've got a lot of things planned for this weekend and there are tons more that I wish we could be doing...if only there were more hours in the day.

Saturday - We're heading up to Baltimore for Oktoberfest at the Timonium Fair Grounds. Luckily, one of my husbands friends lives about a mile away, so we'll all be able to fully enjoy the festivities. I'm still working on getting him to enter the wife carrying contest though. Not sure why he doesn't want a chance to win my weight in beer! If we weren't heading up to B'more, I'd be dragging my man to Taste of Georgetown. They have a wine tent this year where you can taste for just $10!
After Oktoberfest, we'll be finding a bar to watch the Florida vs LSU game. Probably up in Baltimore, so I'm sure I'll go wherever I am dragged.

Sunday - I'm hoping to go apple picking at Homestead Farm. I think I've mentioned before that I was obsessed with apple picking as a child and haven't been in years, so I really want to see if its as fun as I remember. There's also a craft festival that could be fun. But I'm sure we'll just end up watching football somewhere...
